The President message, April 2023

Dear friends,

The PROCLASSIC Championship began its season at Le Mans at the opening of the legendary 24 Hours and continued on the emblematic PAUL RICARD circuit, during the Sunday Ride Classic, May 5,6 and 7, 2023.

I invite you to join many of us and register quickly for the following races at LE VIGEANT, as well as at the PAU circuit on July 29 and 30, opportunity to visit this Pyrenean region during the summer holidays.

I expect many of you to share intense and happy moments in a friendly atmosphere.

Friendly yours,

Philippe and Nicole

A word from the President after the summer break

Dear friends,

After the summer break, the PROCLASSIC Championship is back in action at the Rhine Ring on 3 and 4 September 2022.
This circuit, which is new to many of us, will be important for the awarding of the annual of the annual laurels after the last event which will take place on the circuit of Le Vigeant on October 8th and 9th.

At the moment nothing is decided because the first 3 of the provisional rankings in 600 SSP, 750 SBK and 1000 SBK can claim the 1st place in the annual ranking.

At Le Vigeant, as last year, we are offered to participate in a big banquet on Saturday evening arm in arm. On the menu, the famous aligot with sausage, a starter with local cured ham, a dessert and rosé and red wine for a fixed price of 15 €.
In order to inform the caterer of the number of guests, you must send me your payment before 15 September by cheque or give it to me this weekend for those who participate.

With kind regards.

Philippe FREON

The word from the President, after Nogaro

Dear friends,

The PROCLASSIC Championship, started the year 2022, 24th season since its creation in 1999, with a magnificent opening on the Le Mans circuit during the 24H, on April 15 and 16.

After the sporting success with record performances both in Le Mans and on the Nogaro circuit during the weekend of 7 and 8 May, we will return to the mythical 5.8 km long Paul Ricard circuit in Le Castellet on 10, 11 and 12 June 2022.

The international reputation of this circuit in both endurance and speed attracts a large number of drivers, championships and spectators: an event not to be missed, so I would like to point out that there are still a few last places available.

With our best regards.

Philippe and Nicole

I invite you to join us and to register quickly for the two following races, NOGARO on 7 and 8 May and LE CASTELLET, on the large circuit, on 10, 11 and 12 June, to catch the last places available.

I am waiting for you to share intense and happy moments!

With our best regards.

Philippe and Nicole

A word from the President: Greetings 2022

Dear friends,

I wish you all the best for 2022!
May this new year be marked by a better sanitary being, a real joie de vivre, and a lot of pleasure in the practice of our passion, motorcycle competition, enjoying a very beautiful calendar.

Remember to register many and without delay for the Championship, no later than December 31, 2021, to benefit from priority commitments.

I wish you a happy holiday season.

The end of the year word of the president

Dear friends,

Our racing formula is unique for those who want to practice competition in an atmosphere of friendly sharing, riding on beautiful machines and also on exceptional circuits that are a unique landmark, specific to PROCLASSIC.

The Championship took place over 4 events against 2 last year, after the cancellation of the races scheduled on the circuits of Spa Francorchamps and Navarra due to the sanitary measures still in force.

The season started at the Paul Ricard circuit as part of the S.R.C.
It was on the Le Mans circuit, on the occasion of the 24 Hours, where the drivers were enthusiastic, that the season continued.

The desire to return to Le Mans materialized in July during the Promosport event to the greatest satisfaction of all. The finale took place in October on the Vigeant circuit during a “Ligue” event where we are welcome.

I am pleased to share with you intense moments, working to build a program for next year despite the difficulties of the moment, the uncertainties that our partners may feel.

I propose to present and comment on the results of my negotiations at our next General Assembly, scheduled for December 4, 2021 at the Novotel Saclay which will count beyond the presentation of the awards a highlight with the presentation of the 2022 calendar.

I expect many of you at this important meeting in our associative life, you will confirm your participation by mail no later than November 10 using the document that will have been sent to you.

We will finally be able to share a good dinner to distract ourselves and develop our common project so that our creative passion for happy moments can live.

Friendly yours,

Philippe and Nicole.

A word from the President

We had a great return to the Le Mans track in July, preceded in June by the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
This second Le Mans event was hotly contested, as the virtual winner who was riding a SBK 750 unfortunately gave up after being hit by the machine of another driver who himself had fallen a fraction of a second earlier.
As for the second round, run on a dry track, it was just as intense with a leading quartet that, at the finish, crossed the finish line in the same second!
Congratulations to all the participants who by their determination gave to see a show of high quality.
I hope that everyone was able to relax or travel in this summer period.
We are now heading to the final which will take place at Le Vigeant in early October.
I inform you of the fall, in practice, of Thierry Younsi who suffers from a fracture in both ankles. Sending him a message of support would be a gesture of solidarity appreciated, I am sure (
